1. Using the website
By browsing and ordering on the DN Store website, customers agree to follow the published shopping terms and applicable policies. Please use accurate information and avoid activity that could damage the website or affect other shoppers.
2. Products, prices and availability
We aim to show accurate product images, specifications and prices. Product appearance can differ slightly from photographs. Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation. If a price, listing or availability error is identified, our team may contact you to clarify the order before fulfilment.
3. Orders and payment
Review the cart, customer information, shipping charges and available payment options before selecting Place Order. A placed order is an order request until confirmed for fulfilment. Payment availability depends on the methods configured on this site.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can depend on location, courier availability, holidays and other conditions. Customers should provide a reachable contact number and sufficient delivery directions even if some checkout fields are optional.
5. Returns, refunds and warranties
Eligible returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled according to DN Store’s published Return and Refund guidance and any applicable manufacturer terms. Product-specific exclusions may apply.
6. Customer communication and support
For order changes, product concerns or complaints, contact us as early as possible. We may use the phone number provided at checkout to discuss fulfilment and resolve an issue.
7. Website content and changes
Product descriptions, visuals and website materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. We may update these terms and the website’s features as needed. The policy should be reviewed by DN Store’s owner and legal adviser before production use.
